Timeline for Cohort X Beginning Summer 2023
Summer 2023 (Live classes online or on campus*)
Each summer class runs from 8:30 to 4:30, Monday – Thursday and from 8:30 to 12:00 on Friday. Typically, you may attend these sessions on the campus of Mount Holyoke College or online via our hybrid learning platform using the Zoom video conference platform. Lunch is served daily if you attend on campus. *We hope to be able to offer the on-campus option for students this summer.
Convocation
Our program kicks off with a convening of all the cohorts on Monday morning with an opening address from a featured speaker from the mathematics education field. Then everyone heads to their first class (either online or in person).

Special Guest Sessions with our commencement speaker
Each summer we feature a commencement speaker for the cohort that is graduating that summer. She/he will be on campus as a special guest for some of our classes that day and will host a special event for all students in the program and the larger mathematics community.
Academic Year 2023-2024 (Online)
During each school year we run two online courses that are primarily asynchronous to accommodate educators’ schedules. One course runs during the fall semester and one runs during the spring. We host four live class sessions for each course online via Zoom. These sessions run from 6:30-8:30 PM ET. The timeline and schedules for online classes are set and posted in July.
