Location

The Mathematical Leadership Programs (MLP) summer institutes for 2013 will be held on the Mount Holyoke College campus in South Hadley, Massachusetts. The campus is within walking distance to a few restaurants and small shops.

Class sessions and lunch will take place on campus. Free parking is available.

Logistics

The 2013 MLP Institutes will be offered in two one-week time blocks: Monday July 8 to Friday July 12, and Monday July 15 to Friday July 19. Participants may attend one or two of the time blocks.

Attending a MLP summer institute requires a serious commitment. Sessions are held between the hours of 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. In addition, reading and writing assignments are scheduled for each evening.

Participants will make their own arrangements for meals other than lunch, and for overnight housing.

South Hadley is a small New England town. Hotels are located in neighboring cities and towns within a 15-20 minute drive of Mount Holyoke College.

Participants should arrange airline travel so they are present for the entire institute.
